COMMENTS: New genus for the Portuguese fauna. In Spain,
according to Petitpierre (2000), this species is almost limited
to the mountain areas in the northern half. The collection
dates of the Portuguese specimens are in agreement with the
phenology recorded from Spain, where it has been collected
in May and June (Petitpierre, 2000).
